You will provide support to help clients coordinate solutions, manage accounts, obtain advice and administer plans. Ensure customer questions and issues are answered correctly and efficiently by documenting and identifying trends in customer service needs. Resolve and oversee customer issues surrounding consulting, information, and software services, solutions and products.
Duties will include -
* Managing and executing the successful implementation of new clients into the company platform. * Functions performed include project management, requirements definition, system configuration, data for conversion and ongoing processing, and quality assurance. * Oversee end-to-end service delivery readiness by ensuring appropriate staffing, training, procedures, reporting, documentation and transition plans are in place to deliver high quality ongoing service and meet customer expectations. * May support existing clients through the performance of special projects, ongoing quality assurance, and execution of any required system modifications due to changes in requirements. * This role can be Virtual.
Core Competencies and Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical quantitative discipline or Associate's degree with associated work experience. * A minimum of five years' experience. * Strong technical writing, testing methodology, relational databases, and data analysis skills. * Knowledge of and experience working in defined benefits administration preferred. * Excellent communications skills. * Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Word.
